Job Title: Insurance Representative
Location: Little Canada, MN
Compensation: $30,000 – $35,000 base salary + bonuses
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (flexible options available)
About the Role:
We are looking for a bright, dedicated individual to join our team as an Insurance Representative. This is a sales-focused position where you will help potential customers save money, protect their assets, and better understand their insurance coverage. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide training and cover the cost of your licensing classes and exam.
What You’ll Do:
- Contact and provide insurance quotes to potential customers.
- Educate clients on auto, home, and life insurance policies to help them make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Work with a supportive team in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
- Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals with bonus incentives.
