Job Title: Machine Operator – Bobst SP 102 Die Cutter (2nd Shift)
Location: Minneapolis
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $23 – $28/hour (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the Bobst SP 102 Die Cutter to produce high-quality die-cut products. You will play a critical role in maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and promoting workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate the Bobst SP 102 Die Cutter according to job specifications
- Perform quality checks and adjustments to maintain product standards
- Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and troubleshoot as needed
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
- Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Bobst SP 102 Die Cutter (or similar die-cutting equipment)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
