Express Employment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative for a local Winona company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their insurance needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a valid insurance license, a strong understanding of insurance products and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and processing requests related to insurance policies (e.g., coverage, claims, billing).
- Assist clients with understanding their policy options and help them choose the right coverage based on their individual needs.
- Process policy changes, updates, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle claims submissions, tracking, and follow-up, ensuring clients are informed throughout the process.
- Educate clients on available products and services, including potential upselling of relevant insurance products.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with insurance agents, underwriters, and other team members to resolve complex issues and provide clients with comprehensive service.
- Stay up-to-date on insurance regulations, company policies, and product offerings.
Requirements:
- Valid insurance license.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of various insurance products and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in computer systems, CRM software, and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
