Customer Support Specialist

Location: East Metro

Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $52,000 - $56,000 per year

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Description: Our client is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers and Team Members through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, in-person) while embodying their brand voice, tone, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers and Team Members through various channels.
  • Review and accurately process designated customer orders.
  • Check inventory to fulfill orders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer order discrepancies, issues, or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Shipping, Purchasing, Logistics) to address order challenges.
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions.
  • Invoice designated customer orders.
  • Provide basic-level support for their products and services or direct inquiries to the appropriate party.
  • Handle confidential information with care and discretion.
  • Prepare and ship Sample Kits requested by the Sales Team.
  • Cover Front Desk Supervisor responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure customer-facing areas of their Headquarters are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Order and maintain proper stocking levels for refreshments and office supplies.
  • Stay up to date on the latest company products, services, and industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Cool, patient, and respectful under pressure.
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback healthily.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office 365. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Dynamics Business Central is a plus.
