Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Micro Electro Assembly Technician to join our team. The Micro Electro Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining microelectronic devices and components. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble microelectronic components and devices using hand tools, soldering irons, and other specialized equipment.
- Read and interpret schematic diagrams, assembly instructions, and production orders.
- Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and repair faulty or damaged components.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to health and safety regulations.
- Document and record production and testing processes for quality control and future reference.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in microelectronic assembly or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
