Pay: $50,000 salary
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Express Employment Professional in Woodbury MN is seeking qualified candidate for an inside sales associate to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry of quality steel products in the east metro.
Responsible for customer service which includes handling incoming and outgoing sales calls, inquiries, orders, and customer complaints.
Duties and Responsibilities : Inside Sales associates
- Handles incoming sales calls, inquiries, orders, expedites and complaints promptly and completely.
- Places outgoing calls to quote follow-ups including expedites.
- Places cold calls to customers with dormant accounts.
- Processes orders and inquiries from fax/email.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Able to successfully use the AS400 and accurately complete paperwork as assigned.
- Able to use communication devices proficiently.
- Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor or management.
Knowledge, Ability, Skills: Inside Sales Associate
- Previous sales experience required.
- Background in the steel industry preferred but not required.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft programs and able to use them on a daily basis.
- Strong keyboarding and math skills.
- Basic blueprint reading
- Ability to listen and organize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize.
- Knowledge of general shop procedures and rules including safety precautions.
- Ability and willingness to cooperate with co-workers and work as part of a production team.
