Job Full Description

Responsibilities:

  • Apply tint films to windows on a variety of vehicles (cars, trucks, RVs, etc.) and buildings (residential/commercial).
  • Measure and cut window films to the correct size and shape for each job.
  • Ensure proper application techniques for flawless, bubble-free results.
  • Provide expert recommendations to customers on the best tint options for their needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive service experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the window tinting industry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in window tinting (automotive, residential, and/or commercial).
  • Proficiency in various tinting techniques and understanding of different types of window films.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-quality, professional results.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently, while maintaining a positive attitude and team mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with high-end or specialty window films.
  • Certification in window tinting (or willingness to obtain certification).
  • Experience with paint protection film (PPF) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of tint laws and regulations in the local area.
