Our Employment Coordinator serves as the face & initial point of contact for associates and clients. You will be responsible for answering inquiries both on the phone & in person, scheduling appointments, consulting candidates on processes and potential opportunities available to them. Screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential candidates. coordinate professionally with our clients regarding applicants they may be searching for & general office work such as data entry, filing & scanning documents.
This is a highly demanding & fast paced work environment, we are looking for candidates that are able to maintain composure & professionalism at all times, while analyzing and/or prioritizing multiple duties at once.

Job Requirements:
Candidates should have a H.S. diploma or equivalent
At least 1-year experience in high volume phone & in person office experience preferred
Ability to build rapport with employees and clients
Computer proficiency is required
2+ years' experience in a customer service-based position preferred.
The ability to follow directions, Attention to detail and time management skills
Desire for professional development and growth
Candidates must be able to spealk both Spanish and English fluently
