Job Full Description

Position: CNC Operator                    Pay: $25+           Shift: Monday- Thursday 4:30 p.m. - 1 a.m. Friday 2:30 p.m. - 11 p.m.

Now Hiring AM/PM CNC Operators for machining department performing CNC Boring Mills and CNC Vertical Machining Centers.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Must pass Machine Shop Qualification Test - be able to read micrometers and calipers
• Must pass CNC Operator Test
• Work with cast iron, cast steel, mild and alloy steels, non-ferrous metals, coolant, lubricating oils, various cutting tools, soapstone, crayons, etc.
• Understanding and using of various types of equipment including, but not limited to drill presses, sanders, fork lifts, saws ordinary hand tools, C N C boring mills, C N C vertical machining centers, overhead cranes etc. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Responsible for own work within a group requiring coordination with other members of the group in order to maintain production.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Provides instruction and/or training as qualified.
