Kaylan Ferguson

Account Receivable/HR Manager

Kaylan has been in Human Resources for 40 plus years and joined Express in 2008. She has held various roles within the organization spanning from Benefits Administrator Manager as well as Office Manager to her current position as Accounts Receivable/HR Manager for the Starkville, MS.  She has been instrumental in keeping this office in top rankings and awards to include the 90% Collections Club every year.  Kaylan has been able to work remotely for the office since moving to Texas to be with her family which includes 2 children and 4 grandchildren.  Our clients rave about the professionalism and kindness but ith the ability to collect all in one. She is a dream to have in our Starkville Express family.

Maddie Jones

Employment Specialist

Madeline Jones is a hometown resident of Starkville MS.  She graduated from Starkville High School and attended some college at EMCC. She first joined Express Employment in April 2022 as our Front Office Coordinator.  She is now the Employment Specialist and enjoys the challenges of placing people in the right job as well as taking care of the clients who are hiring them. She spends her free time enjoying outside activities with friends and family.

Joanna Frye

Front Office Coordinator

Joanna Frye is a native of Colorado, but grew up in Columbus, MS. She graduated from Mississippi University for Women in Communication. Joanna started at Express Employment in August 2024 as Front Office Coordinator. She likes that Express Employment models care and excellent service to those who are looking for a job.  She enjoys hiking, pursuing the creative arts, and spending time with family. 

Laura Verry Bramlett

Recruiting Specialist

Laura Verry is from Louisville, MS & started at Express Employment in March of 2024 as our Front Office Coordinator. Most recently, she moved from the front desk to her current role of Recruiting Specialist.  She is involved in actively recruiting talent to keep our pipeline full of the best candidates for our clients.  She assists the daily activity of the Employment Specialist.  Outside of work Laura loves to spend time with her husband and daughter. Her favorite thing about Express Employment is getting to help people find jobs they truly enjoy!

Amy Stephenson

Payroll/Account Payable

Amy Stephenson has been with Express Employment Professionals since 2012.  First working as a Temp for Express and currently she works Internal as our Payroll/Accounts Payable since 2015.  Most days she enjoys the challenges that come with Payroll and consider herself to be a very organized person.  Payroll/Accounts Payable is something she has been doing since 1996.  Outside of work she enjoys time with her husband Chris and their fur girls either hanging around at home or traveling.  She has a handsome son Dillon, Beautiful Daughter-In-Law Kelli and precious grandbabies Rhett and Ridge.
