Job Title: Yard Helper
Salary: $28+week
Schedule: Mon-Fri, flexible shifts
Job Description:
Join our construction-focused team as a Yard Helper / Maintenance. Contribute to safe material handling, inventory management, and yard organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle shipping and receiving efficiently.
- Coordinate with Yard Supervisor for proper trailer and tractor selection.
- Load items as per pick tickets and communicate load changes.
- Safely transport finished goods using a forklift.
- Report defects on equipment promptly.
- Maintain daily, organized yard inventory.
- Follow safety rules and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.

- Strong organizational skills.
- Persistence, ability to multitask, work under pressure.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
