Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds, gardens, landscapes and building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of skills related to lawn care and maintenance.
Duties
- Execute lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tools and equipment used in grounds keeping.
- Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, addressing any issues promptly.
Skills
- Proficient in using power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques.
- Ability to perform general grounds keeping duties with attention to detail.
- Experience in garden maintenance, including planting and pest management.
- Excellent physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address maintenance challenges effectively.
