Job Full Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician. Basic maintenance. Basic plumbing. Repairs. Drywall repair and painting. Housekeeping for common areas. Snow and ice removal in winter weather. Walk the properties to manage trash and curb appeal. Complete move out inspections with supervisor.
Pay: $16/hr, based on experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
