Experienced HR (Human Resources) Generalist | Employee Relations & Compliance | Up to $65K DOE #stlmo
A North County St. Louis, MO company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join its team. This exempt role reports to the Director of Human Resources and provides comprehensive HR support across all functions.

Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle HR support: onboarding, employee relations, benefits & leave administration, recruitment, HRIS, compliance.
- Expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Conduct thorough investigations and maintain detailed records.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Manage HR records and HRIS data.
- Source, interview, and onboard new employees.
- Administer benefits programs and leave (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Comp).
- Assist with HR training and reporting (EEO-1, VETS, AAP).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, benefits, and leave administration.
- HRIS experience required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
