Job Full Description

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on following up on sales leads, scheduling appointments, and building relationships with potential clients. Our client specializes in commercial office furnishings whose clients are but not limited to; churches, medical offices, industrial business parks, etc.

Responsibilities:

Follow up on sales leads via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

Deliver catalogs and sales material to potential clients and businesses

Schedule sales appointments/meetings and maintain an organized calendar

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate office furniture solutions

Provide product information, answer inquiries, and address customer concern

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of outside sales or related experience preferred

Willingness to submit to drug and background screening

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to build rapport with customers and close sales

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Highly organized with strong time-management skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented
