Job Full Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to support our growing operations team. Our client specializes in emergency restoration, water/fire damage cleanup, carpet cleaning, and a range of residential and commercial cleaning services. Their mission is to deliver fast, reliable, and high-quality service to clients during some of their most stressful moments. You’ll support both office staff and field technicians by ensuring the smooth flow of information and helping us maintain our reputation for excellence and reliability.
20-30 hours per week, flexible scheduling Mon-Fri
Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter customer information, service details, invoices, and job reports into our database
• Maintain and update job records, service logs, and billing data
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with team members to clarify data or resolve inconsistencies
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willing to submit to drug and background screening
• Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role
• Typing speed of 60+ words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
