Yard Assistant
-Forklift & Bobcat Operator
Duties: Must be certified forklift operator as well as a Bobcat, climb ladder, loading bag and boxes, assisting running products, and handling seeds and chemicals as well as running chemicals through seed treatment. Needs to have a valid drivers license to run and get parts, if needed. General maintenance of pushing broom and cleaning up warehouse. Keeping track of inventory products as well. Associate will help hook trailers up, load liquid and dry fertilizer, general maintenance of pushing broom and cleaning up warehouse. Mechanic skills would be a plus, general maintenance on equipment such changing hoses, oil changes, greasing, and filter changing.
Pay Rate: $13.50 and up; depending upon experience.
Attire: Blue Jeans, Tee-Shirt and Steel Toe Boots.
Must be willing to work long hours; up to 70 hours if the need occurs. This position calls for some manual labor, loading and unloading trucks. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
