Full-Time Laborer Position – Steel Company (Kansas)

We are seeking a dependable, dedicated Full-Time Laborer to join our team at a respected steel company in Kansas. This position offers a competitive hourly wage, training opportunities, and room for career growth. Forklift experience is required, and we’ll provide training on CNC machines.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire
- Salary: $16.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor and warehouse duties
- Operate CNC machines (training provided)
- Handle materials, including lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure (down to 1/16th inch)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physical Requirements:
- Moderate physical activity, including standing, bending, and lifting
- Steel-toed boots required for safety
