Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
- Provide outstanding customer service and communication
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Keep detailed records of work completed and equipment serviced
- Assist with system upgrades and retrofits
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience working as an HVAC Technician (Medium to Expert-level)
- Proficiency in both residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
