Job Full Description
Job Opportunity: Park Maintenance - Supervisor (Full-Time)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Outdoor Work Environment (Street Trash Pickup)
We’re looking for a dedicated and responsible Supervisor to oversee a crew of inmates as they assist with street cleanup and trash removal. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure that all work is done safely, efficiently, and in compliance with guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a group of inmates during outdoor trash pickup activities
- Ensure proper safety protocols are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate records of inmate work hours and activities
- Provide guidance and support to inmates to foster a productive environment
- Monitor performance and maintain discipline, reporting any issues to appropriate authorities
- Assist with other related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and punctual with the ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and ensure work is completed according to schedule
- Previous experience in supervision or related field is a plus
