Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Second Shift) - Direct Hire
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team on second shift. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, motor, frequency drivers, PLCs, mechanical, and process-related issues. You’ll also focus on preventative maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize inefficiencies and maximize reliability
- Ensure machinery operates safely and effectively, meeting or exceeding performance standards
- Maintain detailed records in the company’s maintenance software system
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar maintenance role
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
