Job Title: Experienced CNC Machinist
Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in mill machining, CNC programming, and machine maintenance. If you’re an expert in optimizing machine performance and delivering top-quality results, we want you to bring your skills to our growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Blueprint & Process Sheet Interpretation: Analyze and interpret job specifications, blueprints, and process sheets to determine machining operations and setup procedures.

CNC Programming & Operation: Program CNC machines to achieve high-precision part production, ensuring consistent cycle performance and minimal downtime.

Precision Measurement: Utilize calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision instruments to ensure all parts meet exact tolerances and specifications.

Machine Setup & Alignment: Set up, install, and align tools, attachments, and fixtures on CNC machines using advanced hand tools and precision instruments.

Machine Parameter Calculation: Calculate and adjust machine parameters (speeds, feeds, and cutting specs) to achieve optimal cutting conditions and machine efficiency.

Quality Control: Conduct first-run inspections and continuous quality checks to guarantee parts meet rigorous quality standards.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues, performing preventive maintenance to ensure reliable, efficient operations.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as needed to support the production team and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-7 Years of CNC Machining Experience with a strong track record in mill operations.

Proven Expertise in CNC Programming and operation, including the use of advanced programming software.

Experience with Live Tooling and advanced machining operations.

Strong Mathematical & Computer Skills for efficient programming and machine setup.

Detail-Oriented with a focus on precision and quality in every aspect of the job.

Solid Knowledge of Metal Cutting & Machining Practices.

Independent & Team-Oriented: Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with a team.

Excellent Communication Skills to ensure smooth operations and clear coordination within the team.
