We are looking for a talented professional to join our team and lead the delivery of complex roadway projects across Texas. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, management, and execution of project scopes to meet financial and technical goals.
- Drive new business development and client satisfaction within the transportation sector.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Participate in and lead client meetings, interviews, and presentations.
- Coordinate project staffing, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Occasionally travel to project sites for inspections and client engagements.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with a focus on transportation and roadway projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Licensure: Licensed Texas P.E. is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MicroStation and InRoads, with a deep understanding of project management.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading project discussions and presentations.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage project teams, develop client relationships, and secure new business.
