Are you passionate about bringing characters to life through fabric and thread? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, theatrical environment where every stitch contributes to the magic on stage? Well, we've got an opportunity for you!
A prestigious theatrical company is on the lookout for a seasoned Sewer to join their dynamic team. If you've got experience working with an industrial double needle sewing machine, then you might just be the needle in the haystack we're searching for!
This role isn't just about crafting costumes; it's about being an integral part of the theatrical production process. From stage curtains to uniforms and everything in between, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that THE SHOW MUST GO ON!
Here are the deets:
- Pay: $15+ DOE
- Shift: Mon - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Evaluation Hire / Long Term
But wait, there's more! We're looking for candidates who can handle the hustle and bustle of our warehouse, lifting industrial rolls of fabric (think approximately 50+ lbs), and are comfortable working in varying temperatures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Operating an industrial multi-needle sewing machine
- Lifting large rolls of fabric
- Working in a hot or cold environment
