Primary responsibilities include: TOP SHELF TRAINING PROVIDED!

  • Reach out to job seekers and businesses looking for additional staff
  • Address general inquiries via email, phone, and in person
  • Check incoming inquiries from a variety of platforms daily
  • Schedule appointments for meetings with our clients
  • Participate in regular staff meetings
  • Sales and Customer Service done daily
  • Participate in marketing of our services via networking events
  • Assist with positing on Social Media platforms
  • Data Entry and documentation

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
  • Enjoys interacting regularly with people
  • Is comfortable with communicating via email and phone
  • Has good verbal and written communication abilities
  • Willing to learn and enjoys learning new things
  • Organized with great time management skills
  • Is comfortable with impromptu tasks
  • Possesses basic technological savvy
  • Adaptable to pace of the day
  • Takes initiative but not afraid to ask questions
