Primary responsibilities include: TOP SHELF TRAINING PROVIDED!
- Reach out to job seekers and businesses looking for additional staff
- Address general inquiries via email, phone, and in person
- Check incoming inquiries from a variety of platforms daily
- Schedule appointments for meetings with our clients
- Participate in regular staff meetings
- Sales and Customer Service done daily
- Participate in marketing of our services via networking events
- Assist with positing on Social Media platforms
- Data Entry and documentation
Ideal Candidate:
- Has a positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- Enjoys interacting regularly with people
- Is comfortable with communicating via email and phone
- Has good verbal and written communication abilities
- Willing to learn and enjoys learning new things
- Organized with great time management skills
- Is comfortable with impromptu tasks
- Possesses basic technological savvy
- Adaptable to pace of the day
- Takes initiative but not afraid to ask questions
