- Learns manufacturing process, assisting welders, fabricators, metal workers
- Accurate, detail-oriented, safe, follow instructions
- Locates and sets up tooling
- Helps load and move metal parts with team
- Maintain tools, equipment and work area.
- Foundry area – furnaces, melting metals for casting
- Grinding metal to prepare for final stages
