We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. We have been in business for 42 years, located in Helena Mt close to all kinds of outdoor activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in appliance repair including sealed system repairs. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of appliances while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, freezers, ranges,dishwashers and microwaves.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand appliance functionality and repair requirements.
- Assemble parts and components as needed for repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issue
- Experience reading schematics and technical manuals for various appliances
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
We will provide company truck, uniforms and specialized tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
