Office Manager/ Accountant

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role where you'll be the go-to person for vendors and representatives? We're looking for a talented Office Manager/ Accountant to join our team! You'll handle purchasing requests, job costing, invoicing, accounts payable, and payroll, all while keeping our processes running smoothly. If you love working collaboratively and have a knack for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Manage job costing and invoicing
  • Process accounts payable and payments
  • Handle payroll
  • Be the point of contact for vendors and purchasing requests
  • Assist with pricing updates and inventory management
  • Place, confirm, and enter purchase orders
  • Own the claims process
  • Collaborate with sales and warehouse staff
  • Work closely with the President on finance and HR tasks
  • Take on additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Associate's Degree in Business or Accounting (Bachelor's preferred)
  • 3-5 years of general office experience
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Outstanding customer service and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter and well-organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Willingness to learn new systems
