Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Engage with a variety of people, being the inviting, welcoming face of the company
- Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, hectic environment
- Manage stress and chaos effectively
- Set and achieve goals, being a numbers-oriented person
- Recruit customers and handle initial phone interviews
- Utilize sales experience to enhance customer interactions
- Handle payroll, data entry, and ensure accuracy in documentation
- Collaborate as a team player, assisting all positions with tasks
- Strive to learn, grow, and be efficient
- Go above and beyond in all duties
- Attend occasional after-work networking opportunities
- Embrace and own the mission, vision, and values of the company
- Demonstrate strong office skills (typing 40-75 wpm, documentation, scanning, email, payroll entry/export, managing up to 4 phone lines)
