Key Responsibilities:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Greet and assist onsite guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle data entry, filing, and organize appointments and events.
- Support Payroll Management: Help with collecting and verifying timesheets, entering payroll data, and managing payroll liabilities.
- Communication and Correspondence: Draft memos, letters, and forms, and provide excellent customer service when answering calls and emails.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in office administration is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Attention to Detail: You thrive in a role where accuracy and organization are key to success.
