General Assembly Operators – Full-Time Opportunities in the Flathead Valley!

Hiring motivated General Assembly Operators to join a growing local company. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and being part of a production team, this could be the perfect job for you!

Multiple shifts offered
Opportunities for training and growth 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate various tools and machinery
• Secure workpieces in holding devices and adjust positioning for precision
• Control feeds, speeds, and depth of cuts to meet specifications
• Use power and hand tools, including drills, lathes, grinders, and mills
• Grind, sand, clean, or polish parts to correct defects and prepare surfaces
• Ensure all machined parts meet quality guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Bending, twisting, and reaching required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic mechanical and metalworking skills preferred
• Previous experience or specialized training in metalwork/manufacturing is a plus
