Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help create a positive experience for customers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a passion for problem-solving, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Work Schedule:
Full-time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails

• Generate sales leads and identify new opportunities

• Assess customer needs and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction

• Build long-lasting relationships with customers through clear and effective communication

• Offer accurate and thorough information using available tools and resources

• Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, offering appropriate alternatives when necessary

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

• Follow company policies and communication protocols

• Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their experience

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly and professional demeanor when greeting customers

• Strong phone communication skills and in-person customer service experience

• Prior experience with scheduling and calendar management

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
