Now Hiring: Service Writer – Flathead Valley

seeking a Service Writer for a reputable local company in the Flathead Valley!

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an Office Assistant supporting daily operations

• Schedule service appointments for customer equipment

• Communicate with customers regarding service status and completion

• Create and manage Repair Orders (ROs)

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Familiarity with motorcycles or similar equipment is a plus, but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills
