Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a “Receptionist” for a local Flathead Valley company!

Work schedule; Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with providers and other team members to provide patient support
Work directly with providers
Multi-line phone answering
Message taking
Assist in supplement pulling
Mailing supplements
Invoicing / collecting daily fees
Critical thinking skills
Patient chart documentation
Organizing workload
Chart preparation for next day
Patient call backs
Chart pulling
Filing
Appointment scheduling
Punctual and dependent
Excellent teamwork and people skills
Stellar verbal and communication skills
Maintain safe & clean working environment
Other duties as assigned
