Seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a local Flathead Valley manufacturing client! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in telecommunications, hardware assembly, or related fields who are eager to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance:

  • Learn and perform installation and maintenance of NTC hardware and wiring termination.
  • Follow installation plans and procedures under supervision.
  • Assemble, wire, and configure NTC hardware components accurately and efficiently.

• Quality & Documentation:

  • Ensure all assembly, wiring, and configuration tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all installation, testing, and troubleshooting activities.

• Tools & Troubleshooting:

  • Utilize basic tools and diagnostic equipment for assembly and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and resolve basic issues in wiring and configuration.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, stooping, and crawling.
  • Regular use of hands and arms to operate tools and equipment.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 25-50 lbs regularly.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications, hardware installation, or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic assembly tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
