Job Opportunity: Inventory Manager for Local Company

Seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join the team of a local company. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have strong communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the inventory process to ensure accuracy and efficiency for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with all departments to assess and fulfill inventory needs.
• Verify and manage incoming, outgoing, and manufactured inventory for current and upcoming projects.
• Communicate with the management team about inventory shortages, delays, or needs.
• Ensure that parts are received, managed, and delivered accurately and on time to support smooth operations.
• Utilize strong logic, critical thinking, and basic math skills (including unit conversions) to manage inventory effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues and optimize operations.
• Work with Windows-based systems including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with M1 ERP or similar platforms is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well across departments.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with M1 ERP or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and apply basic math, including unit conversions.
