Do you have proven experience in both CNC Machining and Quality Control? Are you detail-oriented and dedicated to superior product output?
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local Lincoln, NE company in their search for a QC Specialist. The successful candidate for this role will have strong quality control experience, including CNC Machining, and must know how to operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs). This a direct hire, day shift opportunity with pay up to $34/hr.
Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure parts and products are assembled according to specifications
- Documentation of quality checks and other quality control activities
- Enforce SOPs for quality control throughout the production process
- Other duties as assigned
Experience/Education/Skills:
- Ability to operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), including a portable CMM, required
- Must be able to read and understand prints, diagrams, and other visual product representations
- Must have experience writing quality control procedures
- Previous experience with CNC Machining preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines
Schedule/Pay:
- This is 1st shift opportunity
- Pay up to $34/hr
