Express Employment Professionals is assisting a local company in their search for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator. The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience in an HR role and will be both flexible and willing to continue learning and growing.
Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Recruiting functions, including updating job boards, reviewing resumes/applications, and scheduling candidate interviews
- Running background checks and reviewing results
- Entering applicant information into company systems
- Preparation of paperwork and files for new hire
- Clerical duties including copying, mailing, scanning, and emailing of documents
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field required
- Must possess a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism while working with sensitive information
- Strong understanding of, and willingness to abide by, human resources laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and great organizational skills
- Time management and the ability to prioritize multiple projects/deadlines
Schedule/Pay:
- Monday through Friday, day shift
- Competitive hourly wage dependent upon education, experience, and qualifications
