Job Full Description
Express Employment is hiring for a Manufacturing Service Technician. This is a direct hire position with starting pay up to $28/hr. This position will be responsible for trouble-shooting, repairing, and providing support and training of lab instruments.
Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and instruments as well as installing new equipment.
- In-site and customer site installations and repairs required.
- Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Understand electromechanical blueprints, schematics, drawings and SOPs.
- Proven abilities in performing high complex electro/mechanical and mechanical assembly, & QC testing.
- Enter orders over email, fax, phone from internal and external customers
- Deliver customers with quotes and provide customer service in regards to company products.
- Create and edit user manuals, checklists, troubleshooting training and SOPs.
- Ability to effectively interpret engineering drawings, manuals, documents for new and existing maintenance.
Education/Experience/Skills:
- Associate’s degree in Electromechanical tech or Engineering related degree or three to five years related , technician laboratory or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Some overnight travel will be required
- Individual must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and a willingness to be flexible.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as needed
- Experience with all Microsoft program

- This is a 1st shift opportunity
- Some overnight travel will be required
- Pay up to $28/hr
