Janitorial Worker
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Janitorial Worker to join a local Omaha Company!
Position Details:
• Type: Evaluation Hire
• Schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: up to $18/hour
Job Duties:
• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and elevators
• Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation (e.g., buffing machines)
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
