Bilingual Stone Project Manager
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Bilingual Stone Project Manager to join a restoration company in Omaha, NE.
Position Details:
• Type: Evaluation Hire
• Schedule: Day shift hours with some on call
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: $27-28/hr
Job Duties:
· Service the customers by ensuring quality control on installation and generally seeing to the smooth relationship between customer and company
· Act as a conduit between operations, sales, and customer service to improve communication in all technical aspects
· Inspection of installation for quantity, quality and technical issues as assigned by Installed Products Manager
· Review and update master installation manual for all products
· Work with crews to ensure daily completion of assigned jobs
· Meet with sales staff or customer as required on the job to ensure accurate bidding and the ability to do certain jobs
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 3+ years of previous related experience
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, work around cleaning agents, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed.
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
