Counter Sales Rep
Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Counter Sales Rep for a local Omaha client!

Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with their inquiries, product selection, and purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and retail area
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Counter Sales is preferred
- Industrial knowledge is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Proficient in retail math and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
- Ability to build rapport with customers as to enhance referral and sales targets
