Building Engineering
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Building Engineer to join a manufacturing company in Omaha, NE! There will be on the job training to learn more about industrial machinery, welding, plumbing, etc.
Position Details:
• Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: 8-5pm (Occasionally On-Call)
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: up to $75,000
Job Duties:
• Inspect, maintain, and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, and other industrial machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure elevators, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and security systems are functioning properly.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technicians.
• Assist with ALL in house facilities/grounds/industrial maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, and other industrial machinery.
• 3rd Grade Boilers License preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in facilities or industrial maintenance work.
