Express Employment is now interviewing for Maintenance Assistant for a client of ours!
This is a PART-TIME evaluation to hire opportunity.

Pay: $18-$20/hr Depending on Experience
Schedule: Training will take place during the week from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. After training, the schedule will be Saturday and Sunday 9am-530pm. Start date ASAP.
Job Description:
This person will be covering for the Property Managers on their days off and helping them with projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Outdoor Work Skills:
- Cleaning storage units (mainly sweeping).
- Need to be willing and physically able to lift heavy storage unit doors.
- Drive a golf cart.
- Pick up garbage.
- Cut locks off units if necessary
- Painting.
Schedule:
- Training: During the week 9am-530pm.
- Regular schedule: Sat and Sun 9am-530pm.
Pay:
$18-$20/hr, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Previous office assistant/admin/receptionist experience preferred
Must be able to work weekends
