Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Route Sales Representative for one of our clients!
This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity.
Route Sales and Merchandising Experience Required
Job Title: Route Sales Representative
Pay: $21-$25/hr, based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday (specific hours TBD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a temperature-controlled van to service assigned routes, focusing on airport and surrounding retail locations.
- Merchandise and restock shelves with chocolate products to maintain an appealing display.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff at each location.
- Monitor product inventory, ensuring accurate reporting and timely reorders to prevent stock shortages.
- Follow scheduled routes efficiently while adhering to safety and traffic laws.
- Represent the brand professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Proven route sales experience, preferably in food or retail merchandising.
- Ability to lift and carry products as needed.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
