Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing for a Server to join one of our hospitality clients.
This is a evaluation-to-hire opportunity. Hours vary. Must be flexible and willing to work mornings, afternoons and evenings.
If you have experience in food service or hospitality, we’d love to connect and keep you in mind for when these roles pop up.
MUST have recent serving experience and experience using POS systems.
Salary: $12.50/hr + tips (Frequently averaging $25-$30/hr)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and guest safety.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Longevity in previous positions.
- Two business references (co-workers or supervisors).
