Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team!

This position does require you to get out of your comfort zone and make phone calls to prospects and clients. There is an element of sales and creativity involved. Job duties include:
- Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients and candidates
- Scheduling, screening, interviewing, verifying and qualifying candidates
- Marketing strong candidates to open jobs
- Receiving new job openings from clients
- Documenting client and associate communications
- Helping your team as needed
- Composing quality job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and social media sites
- Checking references for all interviewed candidates
- Submitting resumes to clients for review and coordinating interviews
- Negotiating and closing job orders
- Providing work performance feedback to candidates and coaching candidates as needed
- Attending job fairs, in person and virtually
- Hosting appreciation events and luncheons for candidates and clients
- Utilizing database to track job assignments, quality control calls, and job orders
- Assisting with payroll, including receiving timecards and verifying candidate worked hours with clients
- Answering phone calls, texts and emails, providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with other tasks as needed
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, a team player, dependable, excellent at multitasking, and have attention to detail. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Recruiters can expect to earn over $70k annually through a combination of base, commissions, bonuses, and a generous benefits package. Earning potential is not capped and your earnings are based on your tenacity and skill to place candidates.
