Duties:

Assemble components and cable assemblies using soldering techniques, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
Interpret and work from schematics to accurately place and solder components.
Utilize tools such as calipers to measure and verify component placements.
Perform quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure compliance with IPC standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues related to assembly or soldering processes.
Document production processes and report any discrepancies or defects in materials or workmanship.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in electrical assembly and soldering, particularly with cables under a microscope.
Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for soldering quality.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and understand schematics and electrical wiring diagrams.
Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers for precise assembly tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Previous experience with soldering is required.
