Client Service Coordinator
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative., where you''ll process orders, handle returns, and provide outstanding customer support. If you''re detail-oriented, skilled at multitasking, and have excellent communication, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with order status, backorders, and freight charges.
- Researching order-related problems and handling return goods authorizations.
- Keeping detailed reports and staying up to date on system changes.
- Investigating billing/service issues and processing credits or replacement orders.
- Reviewing deductions/short payments related to compliance, returns, and shortages.
Requirements:
- High School diploma
- Friendly, patient, and a great listener
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
