Conflict Resolution Specialist
Join our team as a Conflict Resolution Specialist, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our distributors and customers receive exceptional support. You'll review credit requests, validate shipments, and collaborate across departments to resolve shipping and receiving issues. If you’re detail-oriented, diplomatic, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers with order and backorder status, returns, and freight charges.
- Research and resolve order-related issues; initiate return authorizations.
- Process credits and replacement orders, review chargebacks, and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise across departments to investigate and address service complaints.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly, patient, and skilled in conflict resolution.
- Experience with shipping companies and multi-system computer use.
- Excellent communication skills, MS Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
